Returns & Exchanges 

Each piece at Solkissed Jewelry is thoughtfully handmade and one-of-a-kind. I want you to truly love your jewelry, and I appreciate your understanding of the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, please contact me at hello@shopsolkissedjewelry.com with your order number. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

• U.S. Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Processing Returns
All returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back. Once I receive and inspect your item, I’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment or offer store credit, based on your preference. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back at my discretion.

Handmade Disclaimer
Because each piece is handmade using natural materials, slight variations in color, shape, and size are to be expected—this is part of what makes every piece unique.
