Thank you for supporting Solkissed Jewelry! Each piece is handmade with care and often crafted from shells and materials collected during my travels. I want your jewelry to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for me to carefully create, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shopify calculates shipping automatically based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
- U.S. Orders: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days.
Free Shipping
I offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages
I take care in packaging every order, but once it leaves my hands, Solkissed Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
